Dex To Dmg Bows Pathfinders
I'm always sad to see Pathfinder rpg options taken out of the game, even if i understand not everything can be implemented, but i've always been a strong opponent to dex to damage, as it makes strength irrelevant, DEX already boosting your AC, your attack bonus on ranged, your initiative, a bunch of important skills, and reflex saves.

You need at least two hands to use a bow, regardless of its size. You can use a composite longbow while mounted.
All composite bows are made with a particular Strength rating (that is, each requires a minimum Strength modifier to use with proficiency). Convert dmg to iso windows. If your Strength bonus is less than the strength rating of the composite bow, you can’t effectively use it, so you take a –2 penalty on attacks with it. The default composite longbow requires a Strength modifier of +0 or higher to use with proficiency. A composite longbow can be made with a high strength rating to take advantage of an above-average Strength score; this feature allows you to add your Strength bonus to damage, up to the maximum bonus indicated for the bow. Each point of Strength bonus granted by the bow adds 100 gp to its cost. If you have a penalty for low Strength, apply it to damage rolls when you use a composite longbow.
For purposes of Weapon Proficiency and similar feats, a composite longbow is treated as if it were a longbow.
Power ISO. Magic ISO. Mac os dmg to iso converter. ISO Recorder.

Stat..istically Dex is a better stat than str for the most part.
It improves a save, your AC, your initative, your ranged attack roll.
With one feat, weapon finesse, my dex fighter can now attack as well as the str fighter, but I also have a better AC and importantly..touch AC, I will go first more often, my bow doesn't actually blow, and my reflex save is actually decent. Granted, they will not be doing the damage. But that's a pretty good tradeoff, and frankly I think its worth a feat.
But if you allow dex to add to damage as well, all of a sudden my dex fighter is blowing away your str fighter. I hit and damage as well as you do, but gain all the other advantages.
And that's something a human fighter 1 could do potentially and still have 1 more feat.
